Hm...

So it's been awhile again... Rev's been busy.

Hm. What to write? I'd love to write a great re-cap of Latextasy 2, but that simply is not going to happen, there's so much to write I don't think I can do manage it. I will say this:

It was a party to end all parties: contributors from all over Czech Republic came to represent themselves and show off their stylings. Awesome shows and incredible models and wonderful guests...A great many thanks go out to Yelen, Mistress Adrienne, Latex Fashion, AdeMa, and MH Sexshop!



If you weren't there you missed the rubber party to end all rubber parties...

But what I've really been thinking about lately is...

Slavery. It's a fascinating concept. For so many centuries of human history we have struggled, fought, and waged wars against it.

We have enslaved entire nations. We have destroyed nations in the name of freedom. We have enslaved again.

And every time the topic is mentioned, almost all people will gravely nod their heads and agree: slavery is wrong.

So it leaves me thinking: where are we today, in this modern world, where there are so many people begging to be slaves? If you meet someone and she wants to be your slave, is dying to be your slave, is begging you to be your slave...what does that truly mean, in the grand scheme of things?

Is it a sign that we are more aware of ourselves as a whole, as human beings? Are we, as a whole, coming to the understanding that some of us need to be enslaved and thusly, that some of us need to enslave them? Or has that understanding always been there throughout all time, and only in recent years are we less afraid to flaunt it, to ask for it, to show it off...?
